Leadership Advisory Firm

Spencer Stuart was selected to assist with the presidential search after a competitive and rigorous process led by a small group of trustees. The firm has a deep knowledge of higher education and a reputation for intensive candidate vetting and evaluation, with successful placements for Penn State University, Loyola University Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania, among many others. The Spencer Stuart team is led by Jennifer Bol, founder of the education and social impact practice at the firm.  

Research and Strategy Firm

For the first time, the university has retained a research and strategy firm to help us more deeply and meaningfully engage with Temple community members and ensure their voices are heard in the search process. The Collective Genius will facilitate important stakeholder conversations through in-person and virtual listening sessions. Feedback gathered during these sessions, as well as from a survey, will be shared with the entire community in a public report, which will impact priorities set and the position description used to recruit the next president.
